We want to make you aware of an important update regarding Horizon/Braven Health commissions for 2026.

Commissions will not be paid for new Braven Medicare Advantage or Horizon Prescription Drug Plans (PDPs) beginning in 2026.

Renewals will continue to be paid for existing business for Braven and Horizon.

New business commissions will continue to be paid for:

• Braven Salute Plan
• Horizon D-SNP Plan
