Allstate Benefits Is Now Offering Census Underwriting in the Entire State of Florida

Starting with July 1, 2024 effective dates, Allstate Benefits will take a group census to underwrite groups with 20 or more enrolled.

Request for Proposal (RFP) Requirements

• Group Census – Companies must have prior coverage; the carrier will not accept virgin groups through this underwriting process. It is recommended to provide a current census for accurate rates. Any additional employees who are not included in the census will need to complete an application to enroll. Contact our team for a copy of the Group Census Excel file.
• Renewal Rates with Corresponding Plan Designs
• Completed Employer Disclosure – While this is not required for an initial offer, the rates are not confirmed final until the document is received. Click here to download.
