SAVOY: Your Dedicated Teams and Ongoing Service

Dear Valued Partner, 

Like all of you, we at Savoy are closely following the news related to COVID-19. After careful thought and numerous discussions, we have made the decision that all Savoy offices will operate on a work-from-home schedule, effective Tuesday, March 17. Our plan is to reopen on Wednesday, April 1; however, we remain mindful that this situation continues to be fluid and, as a result, plans could change. You and our associates are our highest priorities, which is why we are sharing the actions we are taking to best support our partners.
Your Dedicated Teams and Ongoing Service
•    We will utilize resources and tools necessary to conduct business as usual and keep us connected and reachable. This includes access to teleconferencing services, online meetings and webinars. Our people will answer emails and phone calls as they always have.  
•    We want to emphasize that we are open for business.
•    We are urging all staff to limit in-person meetings and attendance at events to only those that are considered critical and have received managerial approval. 
•    Office mail and faxes will be picked up regularly.
•    We encourage you to visit our Quick Flash News articles on our website as well as our social media pages for the most up-to-date information.
•    If there is anything that we can do for our broker and carrier partners to help you interact with us better digitally or virtually, please let us know immediately.

As circumstances continue to evolve, one thing remains the same: our partners and associates are our highest priorities.
