EmblemHealth's Broker Compensation Program for
New Sales and Renewals in 2011

Effective January 1, 2011, EmblemHealth has updated its broker compensation program. Click here for the new schedule.

Take advantage of our added ASC bonus

In 2011, EmblemHealth will offer our Additional Service Compensation (ASC) bonus program for new small group businesses of 1 to 50 eligible employees. You will earn an extra $500 on each EPO group with 10 or more contracts for enrollment effective dates between January 1, 2011 and December 31, 2011.

We have also enhanced the ASC bonus to include an additional $1,500 for five new EPO groups
with more than 10 new contracts with effective dates between January 1, 2011 and
December 31, 2011.The ASC bonus rewards you for the additional work required for enrolling these groups, including conducting on-site enrollment meetings and working with your new groups to ensure that their premiums are paid within EmblemHealth's billing guidelines. Existing small group business or small group renewals, and CompreHealth, PPO, Healthy New York, Direct Pay and Medicare Supplement contracts are not eligible for the ASC compensation program.

Please note that EmblemHealth reserves the right to change our commission and bonus program at any time. Eligibility for payment will be solely determined by EmblemHealth under these programs and will be subject to all applicable program rules.
