Rate Error
EmblemHealth EPO+ 40-1000 1K/50%-New
There was an error on the EmblemHealth EPO+40-1000 1K/50%- New 2nd quarter 2012 rates that were originally
released. Below is how both new and renewing groups that were
enrolled with the incorrect rates will be handled. We will be
sending those groups a letter explaining the error and its resolution.
- For groups with an April effective date we will
honor the incorrect rates for the month of April and May.
The groups will pay the correct rate beginning in June 2012.
- For groups with a May effective date we will
honor the incorrect rates for the month of May. The groups
will pay the correct rate beginning in June 2012.
