This course will cover Federal Health Care Reform and regional health insurance changes, including:
- Nursing Mother’s Mandate,
- NJ Minimum Standards,
- 75% Participation One Carrier (small group),
- Prohibition in Favor of Highly Compensated Employees,
- Lifetime Limits Prohibition,
- Dependent to 26 Coverage,
- CLASS Act (long term care auto enroll),
- Small Employer Tax Credit, and
- W-2 Reporting.
Registered latecomers are welcome, but regrettably will not be provided with CE credit.
