Welcome to the new www.savoyassociates.com! This new site is only the
first step we’ve taken toward achieving our goal of building the most
informative, comprehensive website available to the brokerage community.
Please be sure to check out our Knowledge Base Section,
NJ Small Group Reference Guide, and the new
Forms and Benefit Summaries Section; our experts have put all the
information you need right here to write small group health insurance. In
the near future, we will be adding a similar wealth of information for 51+
health insurance and ancillary products as well. We look forward to
upcoming releases of the site which will also encompass additional
functionalities that can bring all of us to a whole new level of
efficiency. And, it is only one of many exciting changes happening here
at Savoy Associates!
As many of you are already aware, we have recently expanded our physical
surroundings to include a satellite office in South Jersey, as well as a
larger, more contemporary office in Florham Park. The increased space and
dual locations have allowed us to not only be more accessible to brokers, but
it also has enabled us to carve out specific broker–designated work areas which
are equipped with a semi-private desk/cubicle, phone, and computer with
Internet access. We understand that most brokers are frequently on the
road and often have a need to be able to sit down and go through paperwork
before presenting a proposal, delivering a case, or heading off to the next
appointment. Or maybe you just want to say “Hello” to your Savoy Team,
take a break, and have a cup of coffee!
Due to our growth and restructuring, Savoy Associates now has over ten
functional departments which specialize in core areas of our business: BOR
Processing, Licensing & Commissions, Finance, Electronic Enrollment
Processing, Large Group Consulting, Marketing & Design Production,
Renewals, Information Research & Development, Sales, Service &
Operations, and Website & Information Technology. In addition to
these departments, Savoy Associates now boasts a bilingual Spanish/English
enrollment consultant; a dedicated Individual Health Insurance Consultant;
a widely recognized (regulatory/compliance) Information Specialist with regard
to carrier products, procedures & regulations, including state &
federal regulations/issues; Sales/Service Teams newly bolstered by the addition
of retention-focused, experienced and accessible Account Managers; 51+
Dedicated Support Personnel, regularly scheduled free (no strings attached!) CE
courses through our own school which is completely staffed by Savoy Associates
expert managers/instructors. In the months to come, we will use this
corner of our website to introduce you to many of our respected staff members,
and discuss some of their individual contributions as well as the daily
procedures of their departments.
We have spent much time over the past year carefully researching, surveying,
interviewing, and just plain-old asking, in order to find out what today’s
brokers need, want and expect from a full-service general agency. And our
goal is to meet and exceed those expectations – every single day. I hope
that you’ll see these efforts and our continual reinvestment in our people,
technology and infrastructure as evidence of our long-term commitment to
providing outstanding service.
It pleases me greatly to acknowledge that these changes have culminated from
candid feedback from the brokerage community and also from the vision of many
of my Savoy Associates colleagues who hail from all levels of our
organization. We continue to count on you to tell us how we’re doing, and
