Marketing Assistant
(Florham Park, NJ) – Position will provide support and assistance to the Savoy Associates Marketing Department by performing various administrative and marketing-related tasks. These include but are not limited to: assisting with general copywriting, proofreading, website postings and emails, assisting with creative projects, keeping inventory, preparing and distributing marketing collateral and supplies, and purchasing promotional products. A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field is required. A cover letter and a writing sample must be submitted with the resume. The candidate is also required to take a proofreading test at the interview and must exhibit an accuracy rate of 95-100% to be considered for this position.

Research & Education Specialist
(NY / NJ / PA / DE) - Position will assist as expert resource for internal
staff and external brokers in written, oral, and formal presentation formats.
Proficiency required in local/state/Federal legislative policy and health
insurance carrier policies and procedures through ongoing training and
research. Candidate will support Savoy Associates’ internal staff needs
in all five offices in NY, NJ, PA, and DE. The candidate should have the
potential to grow into being able to provide external broker education and
guidance through continuing education courses, website content, electronic
information distribution, and ongoing consulting via phone, email, and meeting
presentations. Position will report to Director, Research and Education.
Producer license in NY, NJ, PA, and DE required.
